Inspired by the natural elements I designed a timeless space. A huge heart sits on top of a moving platform. On the first act it is covered with soil and as the play progresses the platform rotates unearthing it. Death is a central theme in this play, when a character is killed, the murderer stabs the heart with a metal hook attached to a chain. When Lady Macbeth succumbs to her madness it starts to rain, finally revealing the heart that rises and ends in a vertical position.
